B: DocuCorp and TransPoint Join Forces for Online Bill Payment to Enable Major
National Companies to Rapidly Implement E-Billing Alliance Enhances Electronic
Bill Payment Choices for DocuCorp Clients, Brings E-Bills to 20 Million More
Consumers

ENGLEWOOD, Colo., and DALLAS, Mar 30, 2000 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ --
TransPoint LLC, a leader in electronic bill presentment and payment (EBPP), and
DocuCorp International Inc. (Nasdaq: DOCC), a leading provider of document
automation software, today announced an agreement that will allow DocuCorp
clients to offer the TransPoint(TM) online bill payment service to their
customers. As part of the agreement, DocuCorp will resell the TransPoint online
bill payment service to its clients, which represent approximately 20 million
bills per month.

"With the TransPoint agreement, DocuCorp will be able to offer its clients more
choices in the ability to present bills and receive payments from their
respective customers," said Kerry LeCrone, senior vice president of services at
DocuCorp. "DocuCorp has had the ability to deliver electronic documents over the
Internet for quite some time. With the addition of TransPoint to handle the
payment portion, we are expanding customers' ability to fully complete the
billing process electronically."

"Our goal has been to make the service readily available to as many billers and
consumers as possible," said Lewis Levin, president and CEO of TransPoint. "Our
relationship with DocuCorp will make it easy and efficient for its software and
data center customers to participate with the TransPoint service. In addition,
this alliance will provide TransPoint with access to three unique industries
that we have tremendous interest in offering through our service: insurance,
utilities and financial services."

Through TransPoint's online bill payment service, consumers can view and pay
bills that arrive electronically through TransPoint, pay bills that arrive
through the U.S. Postal Service, and pay nearly anyone else to whom they would
normally write a check. Currently, the TransPoint online bill payment service is
available to consumers through the MSN MoneyCentral online personal finance
service at moneycentral.msn.com, the TransPoint Web site at
transpoint.com, the Compass Bank Web site at
compassweb.com, and the InterWest Bank Web site at
interwestbank.com. Several other popular Internet destination sites
and consumer service providers have committed to going live with TransPoint in
the next few months.

industry, with a seamless e-bills service built from the ground up. The
TransPoint system uses innovative technology and integrates easily with billers
