Tony,

In addition to your two items 1) semi cycle is not nearly over and 2) LSI is executing well, I think a third insidious factor is the unexpected benefits LSI is enjoying from the Symbios (storage business in particular)and SEEQ acquisitions. These have proved to be bigger contributors than expected and accretive much sooner than expected.
