Re: Royalties

I do not know why you think that RAMBUS is a parasite.
Useful inventions deserve royalties in my opinion. The law supports this notion.

I am sure Hitachi collects royalties on its inventions. I know that every company in the industry collects royalties when it can, especially, Texas Instruments. Oddly, Hitachi and Texas Instruments do not reciprocate.

You must work for a company that has to pay royalties.

:)

Dan, I take personal offense to your calling RMBS a "Parasite", I make my living from Royalties on inventions and that is no more parasitic than royalties paid to musicians, authors, or for that matter the outsized pay garnished by people in the sports and entertainment fields. Grow up, and wake up, a good chunk of this economy is going to "brain power" based. If you still prefer brawn on brain it can be only because you lack the latter.
