Partytime, you just have to learn the difference between a stock distribution and an investment. Here is what happens when you get caught putting out press releases to hype a stock so you can sell stock that became recently unrestricted. No balloons at this party!! BTW, I know one of the hypsters. Message 13262612 a learning experience for you from your pal theTruthseeker

Enterprises Solutions Trading Suspended by SEC for 2 Weeks

Washington, March 30 (Bloomberg) -- The Securities and Exchange Commission suspended trading in the securities of Enterprises Solutions Inc. for two weeks.

The agency suspended trading because of questions pertaining to the accuracy and completeness of assertions made by Enterprises, according to a SEC release.

The questions pertain in part to the identity of persons who control the operations and management of Enterprises, the SEC said.

Enterprises Solutions is based in Canton, Massachusetts, the SEC said. Company shares have increased almost 10-fold this year. The stock rose 4 1/4 yesterday to 21 7/8.

The SEC trading suspension began today at 9:30 a.m. Washington time and will end at 11:59 p.m. on April 12.
