So you sell puts when oversold.

Ok, this I understand. It seems that one sells puts when one is mildly bullish about a stock vs one buys calls when one is adamantly bullish about a stock (still not sure about {deep} in the money, at the money, out of the money and which to choose at what times -- still learning this stuff).

To me the daily pnf chart on gblx looks a little unhappy right now (I sold gblx around 48) but near support which makes me mildly bullish and therefore following the above, selling puts seems to be the strategy (glad is seems to match you and ed!). The 5 minute pnf chart had a nice bounce from 40 with a target near 43 but I'm sure none of that showed up in the options price. Maybe this is good -- trading options is going to wean me off daytrading (frying pan/fire)!
