Good point !!

Rather than face the embarrassment of having given away Motorola's Copper process for essentially FREE - and stuck with an UNUSABLE Flash Process - Sanders gave Hector a chance to jump out of that mess.

In so doing, Sanders also has set up Hector - at a SHAREHOLDER COST of $1.5 MILLION - to take the FALL for any screw-ups at Dregs-den - due to the copper process.

It all fits together so nicely - but you 'droids can't see it happening beneath your noses.
