Jim: I agree, and believe that Rambus move with the ITC was a strong shot across the bow intended to get the "negotiations" underway in a meaningful manner.

Interdicting shipment of the offending products would lead to the quickest settlement, IMO.

Agreed. I suspect that's why Rambus moved things to the next stage. Any ideas how long it usually takes to decide upon a request to halt shipments?
