we have Ralph Bloch, Abby Cohen, Mark Mobius, and now shooting his mouth off is Blodgett. Where were these clowns 3 - 4 weeks ago?

That's the first thing I thought of.

You did not hear them predict the DOW rise.

You did not hear them predict the NASDAQ fall.

Only after it happens. Amazing. Worth millions for sure.

When I heard the news today I knew it was time again to buy back into ATHM long.

I have some questions:

1) I assume that Armstrong will move quickly to appoint TJ and Bell's future replacements to the board. Do I understand it correctly that T will be able to appoint some board seats immediately since Comcast and Cox will give up certain veto rights they have at the Excite@Home board level and their representatives will resign.?

2) You don't get something for nothing. I am still trying to make sure I understand what T gave Comcast and Cox. So far it seems to me they get:

A) A right to sell their shares at $48/share between 1/1/01 and 6/4/02. Sounds like a extended put contract on all their shares (T's way of saying: I guarantee that if you give me control I will make it work).

B) Warrants to purchase 2 shares for each home their system passes. At what price?

3) How much influence/control of roadrunner does T get through the merger?

Thanks, Franz
