Ok the stock is up about 35 points in the last couple of weeks so I say its time for the analyst to come out of their holes and make some comments:

QUALCOMM (QCOM) 157 1/2 +2 11/16: -- Update --
PaineWebber analyst, Walter Piecyk making positive
comments. Believes that Qualcomm will announce several license
agreements for future generation CDMA wireless technologies over
the next 6-18 months including Motorola (MOT) and Nokia (NOK);
price target of $250 implies 175x and 55x our 2001 EPS and
revenue estimates, but is based on $200 for the present value of its
royalty revenue stream, $40 for 60x its ASIC profits, and $10 for
other assets.
