WASHINGTON (CBS.MW) -- Dell founder Michael Dell planned to sell 4 million shares of the computer manufacturer, in a sale valued at $232 million, according to a registration the Securities and Exchange Commission released Monday.

Dell intended to sell the shares on March 22, using Goldman Sachs as the broker, according to the SEC Form 144.
