The 650% e/s looks great, but sales increased only slightly.
How can Patel claim that each of the four soon to be independent companies are "Leaders in their markets"?
Cisco still is the gorilla.
Also, what is your reading of Patel's statement: "It is the intention of the company to spin off these companies to the shareholders. The holding co. will then focus on incubation investments..." ? Does this mean we as shareholders receive stock in each of the four companies when they are spun off AND RETAIN our current shares in CS, which will be a holding co.? TIA
