niceguy,
Not sure is this number, one site has 16,000 at $52.75, another at $54.75, who knows...

Re: "Where are you getting your afterhours quotes? I can get the trades, but no bid/ask. Did you see 16,000 shares just went through at $54.75? That's $2 over the New York close, somebody thinks AMD is a buy at these levels."

Comment: Any clear thinking analyst has to be a buyer at this level...AMD is the most undervalued equity in the marketplace...As Pravin suggested, AMD just might post the highest Q1 eps of any Nasdaq equity, which even if nearly so, is cause for significant rethinking by the status quo and cause for significant upward price revaluation...The recent volatility is a precursor for a major upward price change in AMD, imho!

Little Chick - Re: "somebody thinks AMD is a buy at these levels."

Doesn't some one think AMD is a BUY at ANY level that a trade executes ?

Of course, the OTHER SOME ONE thinks it is a SELL !
