Jim here.

I think it was Niles' "flash is sold out this year and shortages will get worse" comment. A couple of buyers bought Xtended hours.

Of course we all knew this but when Niles saw some of his picks sliding he had to pump them up.

Looks very suspicious to me - tiny trades going through at unreasonably high prices smacks of manipulation. Even if tomorrow is a generally positive day we will see AMD "underperforming" because of that 100 share trade at the last minute.

The alternative would be to see AMD looking very positive from the outset and possibly triggering a momentup updraft. Someone is very keen to prevent this. (Option writers feeling that "max pain" themselves hehehe.)

Fortunately AMD is now too strong for this kind of feeble attempt at distorting the position to have much impact, IMO.
