""Technically, if we crack and stay below 4500.......we go to nearer to 4000.""

Steve, that's my worry, I believe this time the Nasdaq correction will be steeper, although we may get a bounce back on Friday due to window dressing.

Steve, in tech wreck near the end of January we tested and successfully bounced off the 50 DMA. The downdrafts of a few weeks ago got close. I per the COMPX 50 day at about 4540, so that's an important metric.

SJS - Technically, if we crack and stay below 4500.......we go to nearer to 4000.

Well what could stop it at 4,000. I mean if it cracks 4,000 it will likely drop preciptously to near 3,000 or even 2,750. That level of drop may well encourage more selling and, ignoring the huge growth in the tech companies revenues and profits the index could even go to well...1,500 and then if it hits 1,500 it could even go to minus 500.

But maybe it won't and earnings coming out next week with stellar performances all round could get things back on track.

Best regards,

L
