You understate....

As of 10:30 pm ET I do not have confirmation of a simple NASDAQ market order placed at 11:09 am ET, and the order has disappeared from my order status screen and the security is not in my account. All day chat channel reps were saying it was OK to trade, and MyTrade was operational.

Your realtime message and this post grossly mislead as to the degree to which your systems failed.

As indicated to our trading members real time, there were database problems this morning during the trading day.

Well, Mr. Davis: It is 7am Thursday and a market order for 200 shares of LRCX placed at 11:09am Wednesday is no where in my account... not in my portfolio, not in open or closed orders, even though hostAF (ch 3) confirmed the buy yesterday.

Of course, you will claim MyTrade is operating normally.
