I believe I got it on a message board at Silicon Investor. If this e-mail found you by accident, please accept my apology. Anyway, this is why I am writing you. Check out an incredible situation someone showed me. It's a fast-growing internet company called ATI Networks. (OTC BB symbol = ATIW) It is currently trading around $5.50. In the past few weeks they have announced a $10 million contract and $25 million in financing. On Tuesday they announced that VentureNet was acquiring 16 million shares of stock for a minimum of $80 million.(check out the press release) If VentureNet would pay a minimum of $5 a share for ATIW they must believe it is worth alot more. Considering they only have 3.5 million shares outstanding and 1 million in the float, this could be a real opportunity. Also, now that ATIW is trading above $4.00, they will be filing their Nasdaq application. This is not a hype e-mail or a pump and dump. It is strictly to inform a fellow SI member about a potential opportunity. [Yeah, right!] I encourage you to do your own Due Diligence before investing in ATIW or any company.
