Thanks for info regarding what you got from company. Here is one more tidbit to research. Does the tiger hedge fund have any Valence shares? It is reported on another thread that CNBC says this fund intends to liquidate by this Friday. The fund says it does not respond to rumors. Does a hedge fund have to report its position like a mutual fund or are they exempt? I would not think it to have many shares of VLNC(ie one million+) though. Just thinking out loud..
