I recently wrote Jack Robertson an email asking what was the source of his Hitachi article, mainly because I couldn't find any reference to it in any other news source including the Japanese press. Today I got the following e-mail from Jack Robertson the reporter who wrote the following article: ( Hitachi's reply to Rambus: you violated antitrust act, Jedec rules ) By Jack Robertson Semiconductor Business News "It comes from Hitachi legal brief filed in Wilmington Del. court which was sent to me. Jack" BTW today I finally found ref to this Hitachi counter-suit in Monday's Japanese Nikkei Newspaper. But it was a very small article buried in the paper. It isn't making as much news in Japan as the Rambus to Hitachi suit did only a few days earlier??? Don
