By the way, in doing my own DD, I can tell you this much.. David Evans is VERY biased, just in my opinion.. His piece on IFR, however shady, was twisted.. For instance, Sayre not only graduated from the correspondence school mentioned in the article, he also has a Degree (verifyable) from Pepperdine University in Malibu, a fantastic school.. Not to come to his defense, but just to let you all know that Evans is BIASED and writes with a BIASED pen. He, by the way, was told about the Pepperdine degree and other credentials, but chose to omit them from his story.. That said, IFR still looks fishy..
