Duhhh... Of course! The successful employ more of the public's common resources than others.

They do? I didn't realize that the government spent more on defense for rich people (16%), more on social security for rich people (23%), more on welfare for rich people (6%), more on Medicare (12%) and Medicaid (6%) for rich people, more on the penal system for rich people, etc. If so, I withdraw my objection.
