Z and all,

For 109 million VRTS shares Veritas gets:

128 million VRTS shares.

Sandisk shares.

Gadzoox shares.

CVCI shares.

LHSP shares. (I presume)

I don't know who gets the net cash after the debt is paid but this is likely to be a nice chunk of change.

I'll bet that VRTS even manages to have the cost basis of these shares ratcheted up so they can sell them without paying capital gains taxes.
