Mr. Hermann Derbuch reports
Twin Mining Corporation has received the final report and interpretation of the geophysical survey of its 100-per-cent-owned 444-square-kilometre Torngat property performed by SIAL Geosciences Inc.
The final interpretation of the high-resolution airborne survey identified an additional 10 possible kimberlite dikes, bringing the total to 46 dikes in seven dike systems. A 10-kilometre dike, parallel and two kilometres to the northwest of the 22-kilometre principle dike set, was discovered.
In addition another 27 discrete anomalies, for a total of 63 anomalies, either isolated individual features or clusters of features, were identified.
This large number of dikes and discrete anomalies will be the subject of a major exploration program commencing during the coming field season and carried out concurrently with the excavation of a large bulk sample.
The 10-tonne bulk sampling program has now commenced as planned under the direct guidance of Dallas Davis, Twin Mining's director -- diamond mining, who is at the project site. Site preparation for subsequent sample excavation is under way.
Twin Gold, in addition to exploring the diamond prospect on the east side of Ungava Bay in Northern Quebec, also holds a gold mining project containing reserves of one million ounces of gold and 3.2 million ounces of silver in Idaho.

Yes Frank, still lots of time to get in. Torn is showing every indication of a huge discovery in terms of tonnage. We will have to wait for bulk sample results to know how rich the system is. They need to show big stones. It is an excellent bet. Small sampling so far of the coarse grained kimberlite showed good gem quality stones with good size distribution. Many advantages exist on this system over NWT discoveries. The bottom line is the kimberlite is total exposed at surface so exploration costs are a fraction of what is spent in the NWT. Mining will also be much cheaper.

This is going to be a very exciting play as the exploration advances this season. Torn could move from a quality spec play to a highly confident economic world class mine on the results of these mini-bulks. Rags to Riches overnight.
