Maybe Noway is just a good stock picker....

Maybe Noway's time had just come....

But maybe Noway also was aware of the memorandum which was sent out prior to this morning's opening questioning

(1) whether VLNC had lost the Qualcomm GlobalStar contract to Motorola/Toshiba, (blatantly untrue, unless the writer is referring to a different Globalstar contract);

(2) whether 3 Japanese battery companies had undercut VLNC's $ 10/battery price with a $ 6/battery price and hence 'conclude' that VLNC would receive no more than 10% of their original $ 15 mm order (also untrue, which forthcoming shipment schedules will indicate);

and stating that the CIBC analyst was 'clueless'...

I expect these misstatements will be corrected shortly by the company. I'll print the full text later after I show them to some other acquaintances of mine. All readers - whether bearish or bullish - can judge their merit.

I remain fully invested (though certainly less wealthy after today) and still think we will see new highs in this stock in Q2....
