we are starting to get some balance
old profitable dull companies are coming back
the generals, ge, qcom, etc are holding up fine
"new" tech has had a decent fall: maybe a lot more to go, maybe not

my list of "new" tech is maybe 80 stocks or so
most are down 10-50%

the buy list for my first leg in is getting longer
did 2 today
have 8-12 for tomorrow
might do 20 total if this fall continues
but my buy prices are low; most would say too cheap
but I only like this stuff on sale
if the funds continue to bail and individual "investors" on margin keep getting margin calls these wil get puked out at prices that would have seen silly just a few weeks ago

let's take ISLD as an example
200 day ma is about 47
leg ins might be:
1/6--58-62
1/3--48-52
1/2--40-42
something like that

if I get fills at my prices, great
if not, fine, as there will always, repeat, always, be a next time

hope all are doing well

PS
for two days in a row I held shorts overnight in my trading account, even was in margin
very unusual for me
good results
