All, be sure to check out page B2 of Wednesday's WSJ.
Microsoft Moves Into Business-to-Business

In my opinion: Trial rulings or not, MSFT will never stop growing, never stop innovating, creating great products and providing value to customers, partners and consumers alike.

Embrace & Extend.

Ignorance in not usually an excuse.

Monopoly isn't like pregnancy and can be easily tested. This is especially true in the fluid high tech environment within which MSFT competes. "King of the hill" can quickly metamorphosize into "bottom of the heap". Only the deft and nimble can remain "on top". The DOJ has no concept of "discontinuous innovation" and its implications. So again I'll maintain, MSFT finds itself in the position of being arbitrarily defined to be a monopoly and then "ex post facto" punished for behaving in a way "unbecoming to a monopoly".
