Aggie: At this time FBIOX is very much oversold. Most analysts still like biotech, for example, a nice article by Cynthia Robbins-Roth in the April 3rd Forbes ASAP, "Buy or Die". But the sector is too small cap, the total cap of the sector is under $200 B. FSPHX, FSHCX and FSMEX are also down, but not as much. The short term strength of the sector: (For comparison, FSESX has strength number 23.26) FBIOX -15.35 FSHCX - 4.53 FSPHX - 2.34 FSMEX 0.32 The sector will come back.
