Microsoft/OPEC

If your point is that there are similarities between Microsoft and OPEC, I would tend to agree.

My point is US DOJ goes out of their way to punish American companies out of political vendeta than for American consumer protection. There is no similarity between Microsoft and OPEC. I can get FREE Linux OS, or download FREE Netscape browser, or using MAC system if I wanted too (not that I want it anyway). However, my car need gas and it will not run w/o paying to the nose to OPEC and I have no real alternative choice. US government should back off the businesses and let them compete freely. This DOJ vs. MSFT is nothing more than the politics at its worst and Billionaires egos, I want to get more billions than you (Larry Ellison-Oracle/Scott McNelly-Sun/Steve Case-AOL and all vs. Bill Gates-MSFT) The differences is Larry,Scott, Steve gave a sh*t load of money to the DNC and Bill Gates did not. DOJ should be ashame of themselves to be a pawn for one billionaires against another. The saying goes:
"If you can not beat them, sue them. If you can not sue them then lobby government sues them. If not success, lobby foreign governments sues them. Even all failed, it will slow them down enough that we will eventually beat them.
