Growth in eps has come up before in re to Intel. While its good to see, often the street will assign a higher valuation to the stock not with the best EPS but the best revenue growth. Some of the stocks in Petz's post are companies experiencing very high revenue growth....PMCS, VTSS etc. Unless AMD changes its product mix considerably, resulting in juiced up revenue growth, I don't think the street will ever assign it a comparable P/E. The best one to compare to is, of course, Intel but even there Intel is an exception because it is one of sector leaders.
