Don't think so. I am just working on Bill's share of 22.3 per cent of all common shares in September 1997, down to 14.3 percent of all common shares in 1999. Without doing the detained adjustment to account for various splits and sale and purchases of shares this looks like Bill's holdings have decreased by about a third. The 22.2 million shares he sold after September 1999 simply makes the decline a little greater, but I have not adjusted total shares outstanding to correct his current percentage of the total.
In any event, his percentage ownership have declined enormously. I think he is unloading, for perfectly reasonable reasons, but unloading nevertheless.
