LRSY hey, they are reporting, they are compliant, their phones work, three people I know have called the company and spoken with Carl, we know the O/S, we know the float (from Carl), they do not yet have any signed deal..... It's a shell, it's a big gamble, no more, no less. From that filing....here's the "glass half empty" part: " These factors, among other things, raise substantial doubt about its ability to continue as a going concern." Here's a "glass half full" part: "Expenses reflect only the minimum cost of maintaining the Company's operations and miscellaneous expenses associated with seeking a merger partner." No one should play the shell game, with $$ they can't afford to just piss away, should it go the wrong way. But when they work, they can work great... YNOT/FRLK nuff said.
