I saw that one. how right he is, Look at the chart of PRST for proof that even the biggest of bubbles can come back as long as they perform as a company not as a stock.

If Mobius is so smart, why did the Templeton emerging markets fund average only 6.87% p.a. over the last five years -even after 55% last year. Guess he knows how to buy "value" which stays "value". I trust JDSU and QCOM a lot more than some of his value plays in emerging markets where the books can be cooked and even the dictator may be cooked or worse.
