"Does that mean that a deal with AOL would go through.......ATHM?"

"Yup. I know it was an ugly market but did anybody notice AOL was down *heavy* (-3 11/16) today? Had some Ahi for dinner tonight. Tasty.

Equally important the MSO's cannot actively promote another ISP (including AOL). ATHM obviously has learned something from the OptimumOnline fiasco."

Hi Eric- I watched AOL as often as I watched ATHM today. It was very interesting. Here is a related post:

Hi
I would appreciate it if you or someone on the board can fill me in on the "Optimum Online fiasco"- or point me towards some helpful links.
I am long ATHM and subscribe to Optimum as it is the only available cable service in my area.I know that Cablevision owns a piece of ATHM--but not much more than that.
Thanks.

E.,

I listened to Armstrong's comments last night and he said content "aggregation". Then he said that email was content. If he believes that content aggregation is the goal with minimal content creation then I'm happy.

ps. Love that fresh Ahi. There's nothing like it.
