She's like the lady in the MySAP ad (full disclosure I'm real long in SAP) who uses the laptop to beat the crowd: she not only knows ahead of time that the plane is cancelled, she's the pilot's mother and ordered him to get migraine so she could predict the plane's delay. (You think maybe I stretched the example a little).
