To All:

When a stock is added to the S&P 500, the stock price increases over the short term because of index fund buying.

When a stock is removed from the S&P 500, the stock price moves lower over the short term because of index fund selling.

Does anyone have data on the performance of stocks added to or removed from the S&P 500 over the intermediate term, after the above-described initial reaction is over?

Thanks,

I2

Okay,

We are getting closer to the completion of the "M" pattern for the Nas.... Close below 4455.10 any time over the next few days or week and the pattern will be complete.

Markets can't seem find many buyers.
