Wow, that will completely KO HLTH! That is, if anyone believes the insurers can actually develop the system.

Definitely a significant threat to HLTH. HLTH has the added advantage of being the first mover and owning the entrenched technology (should all HLTH's deals go through). But those consortium plan participant visitors are crucial. I am not sure what percentage of total healthcare participants the consortium compiles. MedUnite, at this point, is still only a twinkle in the consortium's eyes. The project will not officially initiate until 60 days, at the latest. Could also be a bluff for better terms from HLTH. But an ominous bluff, nonetheless.
