OK, let me get this straight.

Does management walk away with the shares of ZOOX, CVCI and LHSP?

Do I understand correctly that in the call they said ALL of the SNDK has been sold?

How much cash does this leave on the books and who gets it?

Sorry for the confusion but this has been a hectic period.

Sam,

When you start going through standard measures of valuation it really sounds bad. We must be discounted because data storage is an older (archaic) segment of the "new economy".

It is really uncomforting to not have an impartial evaluation of the DD business value from an uniterested party.
Add to that the fact that my ass still hurts from falling off the turnip truck yesterday.
