They have to file within 90 days of the end of the financial year (Dec, 1999). <eom>

Hi Fli,

ECNC can file a NT-10K which would give them a little more time. I noticed a couple of other companies filing NT-10Ks today. I don't know how much extra time they would have, but I don't think that it would be more than 10 or 15 days.
