Michael, Level II quotes show this. Right now HMQT is at 30 3/4 and 31'11, for stock bid/ask 30 7/8 - 31.

Update: 3 minutes later, bid taken out and HMQT backs down to 27 3/4 ... often does this, to test the market, and may come back up if the bidders above him have depth.

Basically, they want stock, but don't want to pay more than necessary.
