Dear Tec: Thanks. I have been keeping an eye on VRTS's _performance_ after learning about SEG's stake in it. One of SEG's shareholders who did think we would eventually get some of SEG's VRTS shares, I never picked any VRTS shares up. Now I face the situation where I am going to get a LOT more shares than I ever would have considered buying in one go. I saw the CEO on CNBC about 1/2 an hour ago. He came across as being a very down to earth nice guy to me--but then I'm happy with the deal. >Very good employee relations. This is important to me.
