largest telecommunications company, will resume paying a dividend
to its shareholders after 2003, Cinco Dias and other newspapers
reported, citing comments from Chairman Juan Villalonga. The
chairman also said Telefonica is likely to form an alliance with
Cisco Systems Inc., the No. 1 maker of computer-networking
equipment, and plans to start as many as 25 new units in coming

Gary,....I read in IBD that csco is owned by 331 mutual funds rated "A" by IBD....do you know how many funds in total own csco???

btw, to all the bears.....it is well documented that big mutual funds will ALWAYS come to the rescue when a big holding of theirs starts to nose dive....with csco being a darling of hundreds...probably thousands of mutual funds and pension funds, etc.....I doubt that they would let csco crash and burn .....IMHO, of course.
