The shareholders , in all their wisdom ? , voted down an important tool FNTN could be using for future acquisitions at the last shareholder's meeting. Management could see their future needs based on their business plan a long time ago and presented them to an uninformed voting audience. Now that FNTN has shown everyone the direction they intend to go and their resourcefulness in executing the plan it would be foolish and counter productive not to vote in favor of additional company treasury items. I was amazed that they spent the small sum they did to close the Hotage deal - didn't think they had enough shares to do a good acquisition, so the mention of additional needs in this area was expected. No one should doubt MS's determination AND resourcefulness in getting the job done. Again, I congratulate him and the rest of FNTN'S management on this latest deal and look forward to voting for the necessary things to keep the company moving forward. John
