Does anyone know the status of the NUMA technology lawsuit that Data General had against IBM? Last I read was that EMC transferred its patents pertaining to this technology over to a holding company.

I believe that they either tell them to use SCSI, which isn't really an option for an enterprise SAN, or they use a storage router that they OEM from Pathlight. The problem with their storage router is that it is not qualified for a broad range of OSes or applications.
