It appears to be selling off on relatively low volume.

Could it be investors are focusing on the Cox/Comcast exit strategy which allows those companies to completely terminate all distribution agreements by Jun 2001. Could they in effect be considering valuing ATHM going forward as only associated with T. That would roughly reduce ATHM users by 1/3.

Since T has offered to buy out Cox/Comcast beginning Jan 1 at between 48 and 100 would investors perhaps see ATHM as valued at this time as something less than 48.
