Robert- Thanks for posting your factual comments. With your public comments, there may be a glimmer of hope it doesn't go through. I'm sure SEG management will start the campaign to put the SPIN on their plans to make hundreds of millions at the expense of current SEG shareholders. If this ludicrous plan is stopped, it will be a nice tribute to the power the Internet brings to the individual investor. Maybe the rip-offs individual shareholders have experienced in the past, will be prevented with other investments in the future. With factually based comments such as yours and others are posting, hopefully the SEG Gang doesn't convince a single individual shareholder that this is a good deal for them. Maybe even institutional investors will avoid being greased by the SEG Gang into a bad decision that may come back to haunt them, from a legal standpoint. I still wonder what is being promised institutional holders and not individual shareholders. Maybe a piece of the HDD IPO when it re-appears a few years from now? That's my guess as to what they may be up to with the institutional clients. Keep the posts coming. I'm reading them all. -MikeM(From Florida)
