MSFT seem to have found a solid new base around 106 - 108. If you wonder why this base, I think it is the 60 times trailing EPS, that I keep pointing to. Wall street knows that the stock is sure to have about 1.77 or so of trailing EPS as of this Q. The PE can only expand from here in my opinion. We got another 13 trading days to earnings and 16 trading days to option expirations. In between, in one week we will likely have settlement outcome. It will be very interesting to watch.

If settlement is likely, it will be known by Wed the 5th. The stock will likely move up to 115 by end of next week with firming of settlement. Then a week later, by 4/14th I think the stock could make a new high. then we get the effect of earnings and option expirations the week later.
