Rob, at this moment, I dont have too much ST holds unless
I want to be a short. Sold most of my short term positions
in the past week or so (RHAT, NPLI, BAC, etc).

So, I would say I have 60% LT holds, 10% ST, and 30% cash
at this very moement.

Will refrain from buying big unless NASDAQ touches 4000-4100
level. I may then go with 10% cash at that level and start
with margin if NASDAQ ever goes to 3700.

What about your portfolio allocation? Lots of cash? ...<vbg>
