SOX index nearly hit a triple bottom today..1140 was the number it hit 1146..close enough...

INPH filed a def14A this morning to vote on increasing the amount of shares in the stock. I was hoping that the shorts would be required to cover if this def14A means they are going to do a split.

Question:

If Martha McCallum on the floor of the NYSE "talks to a trader" and then announces on CNBC before the market opens that the "technical support for this down move on the Nazz is 4500", (since she obviously has been studying TA for at least a week or two) and then the Nazz touches 4500 and everyone that believes Martha buys at 4500, who is selling?
