Interestingly, the current liberal administrations definition of rich is a household with more than $64k in yearly income.

If you go back to the early days of the Clinton Administration and look at his proposals and include the promise that he wouldn't raise taxes on the middle class, to support his proposed programs the middle class would have had to top out at about $30k.
