Hi Scott....

>>Hmmm ... negative ... actually I'm surprised that you have taken such a "negative" attitude towards me and this thread. I'm going to guess that you are having a bad day. If you're having problems with Novell, then talk with them. I'm simply trying to explain to you, from my extensive years of working at Novell, how you might be able to make more progress. If you are frustrated with your lack of response so far, could it be a combination of Novell *and* your approach? Just a thought ...>>

I'm not "being negative" Scott.

That's a label used when there's trouble distinguishing between passion and judgement.

Was Paul Revere "being negative" when he said "the British are coming?"

Novell needs passion, excitement, enthusiasm and great energy to get them off their power/control dimes and move them higher.

Paper, plans and strategies naturally map and follow. But they need to generate the energy, the catalyst first.

As you know I'll go to the wall on this point time after time with you Scott. I don't disagree which your points, just the caustically, calculated and narrow way they are presented.

Engineers are great at throwing wet blankets on fires.

We want to start - ie. catylize - a great fire of personal excitement and energy.

Get used to it. It's the nature of the REAL Internet which massively catylizes and builds energy.

I can just hear the teeth grinding out there.

Peace.

GO!!
