OLDTRADER-

I'm curious what the DELL investors think, will DELL ever use AMD for processors?

As an AMD investor, I think it's inevitable. How can DELL sit on the sidelines any longer? Intels shortages hurt DELL in Q4, and things don't seem to be getting any better. Does it worry you that Costco, Best Buy, etc are selling 1 Ghz systems? Intel clearly won't be competitive in the top end for at least the next 6 months, it's hard to predict much farther than that.

I'm not trying to rip on DELL at all. I think they're a great company. I just don't follow DELL, so I don't know if it's possible for DELL to change its stance towards AMD. Please give me your thoughts.

thanks,
